Detection methods and criteria:

The inspection method is carried out according to EN532 standard:

Test operation process and preparation
Test sample preparation (single layer fabric based): six samples length (200 + 1) mm, X width (160 + 1) mm, of which three are radial cut, and the other three for weft cutting, and installed in the cloth folder.
Humidity and temperature adjustment: samples shall be placed at least 24 hours in the relative humidity (65 + 5%) and temperature (20 + 2) Celsius for status adjustment. If the test is not performed immediately after adjustment, the adjusted sample shall be placed in a fully enclosed container. From the full sealed container or removed from the adjustment of environmental data, 2 minutes to start testing.
Test environment adjustment: test runs are carried out at ambient temperature between 10-30 degrees C and relative humidity between 15-80%. At the same time, at the beginning of the test, the flow rate of each test sample surface flow is 0,2 seconds.

Flame adjustment (horizontal flame touches the distance of the sample): the igniter is placed in a vertical resting position, ignition, and preheating of the igniter for at least 2 minutes, so that the flame length remains about 40 mm. Move the igniter to a horizontal resting position and adjust the flame horizontal length to (25 + 2) mm.
Flame position: the igniter moves from the initial resting position to the horizontal position. Make sure that the flame reaches the sample in this position.
Note: the distance from the flame to the sample shall be checked periodically. ?
Test operation process
Install test instrument and check sample cloth on test sample holder. The ignition in pattern surface burning 10 seconds. Observe and record the following conditions (refer to the correct flammability test standard)
(A) check the nature of the sample and the sequence number of each layer of fabric in the inspection sample made of the multilayer composite fabric,
B) which surface of the sample is detected and ignited by detecting flame,
(C) for any point of fire, observe whether or not the boundary of the flame is touching the upper edge or the vertical edge of the sample,
D) is there a hole formation?,
(E) combustion droplets or molten droplets are produced,
F) (usually from the carbonization zone is smoldering) spread to breakage,
G) the duration of combustion is accurate to the nearest per second,
Note: the ignition delay time of less than one second shall be recorded as 0 seconds.
H) the smoldering time should also be accurate to the nearest per second.
Note: the lack of a second time should be recorded as 0 seconds smoldering.
Inspection test report
The inspection report shall include the following records:
(A) reference standard file number for test methods,
